Current Association of Boxing Commissions president claims that former president's complaint letter was not authorized by the ABC's board, as required by its bylaws, and that no one in the organization had advance knowledge of it. Also directly refutes former president's claim that the ABC had received complaints from boxers about Haymon regarding violations of the Ali Act.
"There is not evidence a formal complaint was ever received from any party [boxer], there is no evidence of any investigation by any ABC Committee, no Board Meeting minutes with those officers discussing or voting on the issue, no other Board member signatures, not even an indication that all Board members were 'CC'ed on his letter,” Mazzulli wrote to Lynch.
Seems like the old president had an agenda...or someone put him up to it...
