    How long does it take most pro boxers to get their hips down?

    Because many guys go through their entire career one handed, see Gerry Cooney and Co

    (Alot of guys only have a good left hook, because thats an easier power punch to learn)

    Its something I struggled with and no doubt others do I just wanna see how I compare to the pros and how long it takes them to learn it

        It takes 3 hours @ 350F. Remove the cover, baste, and bake at 400F for another 25min. Remove, cover and allow to carry-over for at least 30min before slicing.

            There's no recipe. It depends on the individual. Your coach will tell you how far you've come. If you don't have a coach, you're never going to get your coordination tuned.
