I rank America's elite fighters at this point as 1) Ward, 2) Bradley, 3) Crawford.

I couldn't love these articles more. Top notch.

I disagree about Floyd V GGG but that's not a knock on Floyd. GGG is just too big. Everyone tops out somewhere and GGG is bigger than Canelo was when he fought PFF and he's also far better schooled than Canelo was BACK THEN. Still could go either way mind you.

I think Canelo would do better now against the same Floyd but he'd still lose. Need tons of stamina to chase Floyd out of his comfort zone and even then Floyd is just too good.

        Can't argue there.

        I would probably slide

        4) Garcia
        5) Thurman (A very slight edge over porter)

The one I thought by now that would be #2 was Mikey Garcia!!! But he quit for some reason??? Man he had talent.

        Soon to be there

        Russell Jr.
        Wilder

Gotta love how bread didnt mention that ward beat a completely drained dawson .
Yes dawson decided to go down but that doesnt take away from the fact that most super middleweights would have handled dawson that night.

Thats a very overated win . Come on bread step your game up bruh.

the fight took place at 168 because dawson wanted it there. .so why doesn't ward get full credit?

That's going to be a tough one? Most say he's 50/50.

Depends on how you regard his wins against Taylor, Dirrell, Bute, Kessler, and Abraham.

I would vote him in if I had a vote. But the knocks are...

Personally I thought Andre Dirrell put a boxing clinic on him in their fight ESPECIALLY in the later rounds. You could tell Froch was getting REALLY frustrated with all the dirty tactics he used.

Ward beat him pretty handily. Don't just look at scorecards.

Jermain Taylor knocked him down for the 1st time and would of won the fight by SD. Until he hit a Grand Slam with like 15 seconds left in the fight!

Not fighting Pavilak, Hopkins, Calzaghe. But as with boxing all the stars (Promotors, networks, schedules, $$$$) all have to line up.

Now that you bring up Danny Garcia, you could make an argument for slotting him 3rd over Crawford based on his resume and title reign at 140. Only thing working against him are the two fights with Herrera and Peterson that could have gone either way.

Mikey Garcia is a missed opportunity.

Russell Jr. and Andrade need to start fighting more often.

This is why Floyd was smart not to take the 154lbs GGG bait. They would call him a coward and try to shame him into taking the fight, then when he signs the contract they'll make fun of him and produce memes of GGG knocking him out. AND finally, when he schools GGG, they'll **** all over him for 'draining' GGG despite GGG offering to fight at 154, and despite the fact that Floyd can't even make 154.

It's unfortunate but these idiots will never give Ward the credit for dethroning Dawson.
