Action wise, yes. Money wise, not even close.

It will probably be a better fight overall and a hell of a lot more action. However I doubt it will gain the buzz from a non boxing fan like Pac and Mayweather did.

So I don't think it will get more pay per view buys as those 2. However i think it will draw more pay per view buys than Oscar vs Money May and Canelo vs Money May. So it will probably go down as a Top 5 pay per view seller. But not number 1.

Lol this fight wouldn't even be top 10 ppv wise.

In a year, no one will care about either Alvarez or Golovkin. Oscar should take advantage of what little hype he has regarding the fight now. Alvarez/Golovkin won't sell as many PPVs as Cotto/Alvarez and may not sell as much as Alvarez/Lara.

Alvarez/Khan will be a huge bomb, considering how much is being spent on the fight and Oscar will then realize just what a non-superstar he has been promoting as his superstar. I am sure Alvarez/Golovkin won't take place later this year because Oscar will be begging Cotto for a rematch after the debacle on May 7.

You are giving it too much credit. It won't even make the top 25.

Disappointing to hear, might as well come out and say they dont want GGG. I said it before..by not facing GGG this year theyre killing that momentum. The fight was PRIMED...right NOW! Both coming off big wins, all that buzz generated then throw down this May for all them belts. SMH. Both seated at the top of the division..WTF Oscar!?

Your crazy. This definitely will finish Top 10. Canelo is very popular and GGG is gaining popularity to the casual fan by fight. Depending on and when this gets done it will make a lot of noise pay per view wise.
