No they wouldn't, most boxing fans have no idea who McGregor is, he has done absolutely nothing in boxing. Your telling me the numbers would match or Surpass the Mayweather vs Pacquaio fight? that was considered this generations mega fight because both fighters have achieved so much in boxing. McGregor would get ko'ed by any half decent amateur in boxing.
