In a Kugan Cassius interview, Eddie said he will announce Anthony Crolla vs Ismael Barroso next week. The fight will take place on May 7th in Manchester. Looking forward to this fight, should be fireworks. May 7th is shaping up to be a big day of boxing!

Exciting fight.
Barroso looked very dangerous vs Kevin Mitchell (though he was right at the end of his career). Technically decent and with good power.
Crolla is one of those guys who will need to go on run of good wins before people appreciate him imo. Solid all rounder, good speed, good engine, good movement, good chin, ok power etc. Not one elite skill that stands out, but good across the board.
Pulling for a Crolla win as i still hold out hope of Flanagan and Crolla getting it on for a huge domestic, Manchester, lightweight clash. Hopefully Hearn and Warren can work together to get it made as its easily the biggest fight that either have on the horizon -
