Crawford wants nothing to do with Postol. Too risky, too little money. It is what is is. Deal with it.

Maybe Crawford's team is not interested in Postol. But as for Crawford himself, he is a tough street kid that is highly skilled and loves to fight. There is absolutely nothing about Postol that would cause him to have any fear. If or when that fight happens, Crawford will walk through him like he is doing everyone else. You have to recognize greatness when you see it. Postol is a very good solid fighter. Terrence Crawford, when its all over with, will be an all time great. He has it all, speed, power in both hands, high boxing IQ, solid chin, and he knows how to adjust to his opponents no matter what style they bring. He outboxes the brawlers and out brawls the technical fighters. Plus he's young. Enjoy the ride dude. For the next 5 years you will witness greatness! The better his opponent is, the better he performs. A highly skilled fighter with a serious killer instinct, that is something you just don't see in this era.

I think they should let that fight simmer for a few more years. Broner needs to first prove that he can win the big fights. He looks spectacular against B and C class fighters, but in his 2 fights against top notch fighters, he flopped. Broner is the one who needs a win over a Postol or a Matthysse level fighter. If he passes that type of test, then a fight with Crawford would be huge. In the meantime, Crawford should fight a guy like Lamont Peterson. In 2 more years, Broner vs Crawford could be the biggest fight in the sport. You have 2 young highly skilled and athletic fighters going at it in their prime. It would be Leonard vs Hearns all over again. But sadly, I have a feeling that Broner has already peaked and will not reach that elite level. There is no shame in losing to Maidana and Porter, its just the way he lost. And if his performance looked like that against them, I wouldn't expect too much more against a beast like Crawford. But imagine if Broner had defeated Maidana and Porter!!! Crawford vs Broner would be anticipated as much as Mayweather vs Pacquiao. (Probably not with casual fans)
