Frampton HAS to fight Rigo else his legacy is forever tarnished, he'll be a pundit on some futuristic super-fight trying to stand tall and proud but every true fan watching will know that he ducked the biggest challenge of his career for dirty money. The only way I can see him looking good after the duck is if he goes to featherweight and posts 2-3 good wins against top opposition, but I don't know.

Even if he loses to Rigo he can hold his head high saying he had the balls to take on the best, move on afterwards and carry on with his career. But what if Rigo makes him look foolish and dents his confidence irreparably? Will he still be as big a draw, will his earning potential be the same?

I'd love to see him take the fight, acquit himself well and earn the respect of everybody, no whispers behind his back, no questions over his legacy.

The IBF are truly dreadful..... easily the worst sanctioning body.

        They are truly second-rate.

Thatll be a bittch move...even moreso then avoiding him for the last yr or so.

Boxing is a joke, cant even deny it anymore. In EVERY division the top guys just tip toe-ing around each other..who can beat the best bum gets the top spot without facing a single top guy.

Not looking good for Frampton right now

Stinks out the joint in a major UK PPV, and now publicly declares he has no intention of fighting to become the best

Fighters are just gonna wait until he gets old and is more beatable before they fight him.
And yet Nonito is the most people talk **** about.

I'm a Rigo and Frampton fan ,But I don't have a problem if Frampton fights LSC over Rigo, The guy just had a big PPV fight over his domestic rival and probably has a bigger exposure and $ fight with LSC compared to Rigo.

Rigo signed with Roc so don't expect Haymon to bend over backwards to get this fight made and hasn't brought any momentum into a fight its high risk lower reward fight not suprised Framptons team will look elsewhere. It's a business first and a sport second.
