I find this hard to believe, that it was all over a picture that the woman accused Jorge Arce of wanting sex. It's a terrible angle to play, the lawyers should have told Panchito to shut up as well.

The OC has a notoriously conservative justice system for a county in Ca. They are HUGE on cracking down on human trafficking ie. pimping, sex solicitation, & prostitution so I am not surprised at all that a complaint like this at least made it to a prosecutors desk. Chances are if Arce stays quiet & if the OCDA has not decided to file at this time, this will go away but rest assured if Arce even looks at a woman wrong and the OCDA finds out, theyll find something to charge him with. Until than Arce has a year to the date of the offense to worry but I dont see (from whats being said) that Arce has much to worry about unless he talks to much, the DA needs more proof than he/said she/said especailly because he lawyered up already. Let this be a lesson to everyone, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT AND RIGHT TO COUNSEL, never talk or get legal advice from a cop. This may have saved Arce some legal trouble.
