168 for Froch/Chavez jr/Hopkins is not a sacrifice for a big fight doe. Only 168 for Ward was.

This is so Fd up. Canelo is the one asking for concessions and somehow twists it to say that he won't be made to give concessions. It's fine he's too big, give up the belt. No shame in that.

Burt Saxby still has the best post in this thread

lil'G-string needs to actually do something, anything

Doing nothing, then refusing to negotiate with the a-side, will not get a fight made.

And he pulled that very same a-side rubbish with Ward.

It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye though, right ?

Ill say the same thing but, under fair conditions, if ginger wants to weight 155 he can do it, why not, but 160 is the limit or vacate the 160 belt, Ill say that the new generation of fans are too at fault, instead of wanting the best fights they have became something of a hybrid, part promoter, part match makers and a little bit of fanatic, they have been brainwashed by guys like arum, "I was lying yesterday but am telling the thruth today", I remember a guy named whitaker, he was the most boring fighter I ever watched, still nobody call him a runner but if he was fighting today, he could be the "fastest" man in boxing, and he was a wizard, nowdays we have floyd and Rigondeaux and Lara, they are "runners", but because arum was so pissed off with nonitos loss he have to say something, we all know what he said, new fans wake up, you are not a promoter neither playing one on tv, used to be one ppv every 2 years or so, now we have one every other month...

                Dude.....

read the bold in your post

Pacquiao's fanbase were more than happy to accept manny-weight.

Now, that largely same fanbase have to put up with canelo-weight.

I warned everyone that manny-weight was a nasty precedent.

Get this..... many pacfans still justify Manny's catchweights, while bashing Canelo

The new generation of fans ARE at fault.

Those silly ****s should have complained about catchweights because they diminish the standards within boxing, NOT waited until it disadvantaged their guy.

So..... you are half-right, the half that suited you SMH

No. The open scoring killed that fight and Trout having NO HEART! Most boxers would KILL to know how they were doing on the cards. Trout did and did JACK SHT about it!!! So I don't feel sorry for him! Any boxer I know if they knew they were losing would of gave up trying to get a decision and would of went full throttle. Either Trout didn't want to get Bambi-Legged for the 4th time or a busted up mouth again or his ppl don't know how to FKN count. He had ZERO urgency and he lost the fight because he GAVE-UP!!!
