It's an advantage for Povetkin if the fight takes place in Russia, so I expect Ryabinski to stage the fight there. They may be even to make it a PPV there, whereas they wouldn't here. If Wilder can stop Povetkin, I'll give him some props. Right now, he hasn't made a believer of me yet.

I, too, expect Ryabinsky to stage the fight in the US. I think he just used the threat of Russia in negotiations in an attempt to drive the price up on Haymon, but it doesn't appear to have worked. With 10% of the purse in escrow to the winner, the remaining 90% is 63% Wilder and 27% Povetkin. Maybe they do 55%-35% to fight in the US?

Yeah, something like that might work. I think MSG or Barclays is the likely landing spot. The HWT division is gaining so much momentum it would be foolish for this fight not to happen.

How many times I gotta tell you open and closet haters to stop projecting your thoughts/wishes/hopes/wild imaginations on Wilder and then acting like it actually happened even if one hundred percent of it took place inside your own damn mind?

Wilder's team just expressed their intentions to go to Russia, end of story!

There will be no 55-35 deal of whatever you cooked up in your head. Even if the fight ends up in USA the deal will remain exactly the way it is, because Wilder's team don't need to take a pay cut to do something that Povetkin's team want anyway.

You can tell by Rabyinski's tone, mannerisms, and words that he is hoping beyond hope that Wilder either vacates or throws him a lifeline, but team Wilder is hardcore and knows they aint gotta do ****, they gonna fight Povetkin wherever the fight ends up, as per their word.

Well it is not like they have a choice, if they dropped the belt (and the money) to avoid fighting Povetkin, Wilder would be looked at as the biggest joke in the history of boxing (Butterbean would be more of a champ than Wilder).

Wilder gains money and respect out of this fight, even if he loses. To avoid a fighter that is beatable would be the end of him.
