i'll be honest..im from america, but i watnt wilder to travel and add to his legend of knocking a hw ranked higher than him in his own country..that would be epic compared wat some of the p4p top 5 have done...as they continue to knock over these C plus fighters and call themselves the best...

this is how much better hw is than mw at the moment...the number 1 contender actually wants to fight the champ...lol cant say that for the wba regular champ jacobs...

wasnt nervous jabbing stivernes face oof...povetkin is more stiverne than any other opponent that wilder a faced..they others tried to box with him with the exception of duhap who i told ppl was more skilled than wilder and they'd see it, but you jackasses didnt want to listen..he was only slower with less power, but he was a much well rounded fighter in every other facet...but credit to wilder he mad the adjustments and showed me improvemtn

I knew it. Wilder wasn't all talk this guy is a real champion who'll fight anyone, anywhere. Russia is one of the riskiest places to fight at this point because of the doping scandal but still Wilder's going over. Now what? If there's no injury pull out and the fight really happens then no one can say anything about this dude, he's the real deal. Whether he beats Povetkin or not, it's a 50-50 fight to me.

That sorry bum beater. The only other time he didn't fight a bum he went the distance for the first time. Stevern. So if BUM SQUAD actually goes through with the fight it'll be Bum SQUAD by decision win again
Wilder has already beaten a quality opponent in Stiverne. If he beats another quality opponent in Povetkin, why would you still consider him a bum? What else would he need to do to earn your high praise?

Stiverne is garbage, especially the version that Wilder defeated.

What's Stiverne ever done other than get KTFO by a journeyman and scraping past Chris "I ate all the pies" Arreola who's style was made for him.

                  *edit*

Did someone actually say that Wilder should be p4p if he beats Povetkin? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

My guess is Wilder takes a little bit less so the fight can be in the US. I just hope he doesn't vacate rather than fight Povetkin.

I, too, expect Ryabinsky to stage the fight in the US. I think he just used the threat of Russia in negotiations in an attempt to drive the price up on Haymon, but it doesn't appear to have worked. With 10% of the purse in escrow to the winner, the remaining 90% is 63% Wilder and 27% Povetkin. Maybe they do 55%-35% to fight in the US?
