Both overhyped. Both made their careers out of fighting midgets. The only difference is, Broner stopped picking on petite opponents and once he fought guys his size or bigger, he got exposed. Same thing will happen with Crawford.
Broner was handed his 140 pound world title on a silver platter by getting to fight a mediocre fighter for a vacant title. Broner can and has beaten good fighters. He has trouble with a hard attacking two handed puncher. He can't block and slip all the punches so he panics and resorts to clinching and bear hugging. Maidana and Porter both proved that. Broner likes a slow pace and he only throws about 30 punches a round against really good punchers. Broner can't handle Crawford's skilled two handed attack and Crawford's power so he loses and likely gets KO. Broner is a powerful puncher and he could hurt Crawford if he catches him coming in so I give Broner only a puncher's chance to win. Crawford or Postol is the best at 140 with Ruslan also a threat. If Pacquiao doesn't retire he might be the best at 140.
