After the 7th round, Quigg's corner told him he was 5 rounds behind on the cards, and after being given that info, Quigg started taking it to Frampton and won at least 3 of the last 5 rounds.

So why did they leave it so late before telling him he had to step it up? If they'd told him to start attacking and letting his punches go earlier he could have won the fight.

Very poor tactical advice from Quigg's corner, imo.

Guess Scott nor his corner have high ring IQ.

You have to win every round. You don't just give rounds away. You don't think you are winning because you are blocking punches(and not punching back).

Fact is though, both these guys are weight draining too much to give their all for 12 rounds.
