Black on White violence = 3201320*13.5% = 432178
White on Black violence = 507210*10.4% = 52750

purely numerical, there is then 432178/52750 = 8.2x as many black on white crimes than vice versa


in 2005 there were also 198.4 million non-hispanic Whites in the U.S., and 37.9 million Blacks in the U.S.

so percentage wise there are 8.2 x (198.4/37.9) = 43 times as many black on white crimes than vice versa

This right here. I'm not trying to fan the flame on the race war, but if you look at the crime rates with blacks vs any other race IN PROPORTION TO THE POPULATION, the stats are pretty staggering.

And that's the point Shane misses. The numerical value is gonna be higher for whites because there are a much higher population compared to blacks. But if you compare the stats proportionally to the population, blacks crime rates are much much higher.

Again, I'm in no way implying that black people are inherently more crimey (I'm making up a word). There are the obvious socio-economic factors that have a huge impact on these statistics.
