But if Floyd beats him, he can then shout that we shouldn't dare make him underdog until he is 50 years old like Ali said when he beat foreman

Floyd is 39 and will be 20 pounds smaller on fight night

    Not the same thing

ALi and foreman were a lot closer in size and prime

    • Enough talk, either step in the ring and catch your beating or get on with your life.

Exactly, this is Floyd's downfall. If Floyd just admitted he is underdog for a reason and that it is highly unlikely he could beat ggg, people wouldnt put pressure on him to fight GGG.

But Floyd should have fought Sergio years ago so he is his own worst enemy at times.

Actually I was a Ward fan while Floyd was still in his prime.

            • Paige Van Zant > Mayweather.

              Mayweather can't compete with that.

Not all great fighters have to fight in 5-6 divisions to be, or to claim to be the best. He has already been the best.

Such negative outlook by Floyd fans. If Floyd could beat GGG he would fight him. Beating GGG is a big deal. Floyd would love to beat GGG and hacpve a win over him. Floyd saying he wouldn't get credit is an excuse.

Nobody is saying he should try to get a 160 title, but ifhe thought he could, he would, simple as.

You are forgetting history here!! Tons of fans said that if Floyd fought Canelo and Pac, they would never question Floyd again! Haters will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS claim a fighter would NEVER face so and so and then when the fighter faces and beats that fighter, haters come up with more excuses. This scenario has been played out COUNTLESS times in boxing history with countless top fighters. Hate is not satisfied when the results of a match were not what the hater wanted! Got it?!!!
