Bernard Hopkins hasn't really been "The Executioner" since he was stepping into the ring with Jermaine Taylor.
Since deciding to just go up two divisions, and whopping Antonio Tarver at 40 years of age, Hopkins has basically been an enigma since then.
Going 9-3-1-(1) in his 40's, with modern boxing being what it's been, defined Hopkins as possibly "The Alien" (his spartan living was likely more key to anything, but "The Spartan" isn't all that creative a nickname).
