Comments Thread For: Roman Gonzalez To Have Meeting With HBO, Big Things Ahead

For the exciting career of WBC flyweight world champion Roman "Chocolatito" González, 2016 is a year that looks to be even better than 2015, when he got placed at the top of the boxing world as the pound-for-pound king following the retirement of Floyd Mayweather.

    Fk'it.....

It doesn't matter what Gonzales thinks or wants.

Now that HBO are involved we can likely forget about Estrada.

    Boxing loses again.

      im like roy jones said

choco is 126lbs in the ring..he should go and scalp rigo at 122...hell he'd probably take body shots better than he did in his last fight bc he doesnt have to drop so much weight..
choco isnt 25 yet right and he's already 126lbs fight night
hell right is almost 40 and he's still 126lbs
choco could make a freaking super fight if he wanted
he's naturally the bigger man and he might be the more versatile fighter, but this isnt going to happen under hbo/promoters watch..

but im not one of those guys comfy with throwin him in at number 1 p4p simply bc he went up a total of 7lbs and won straps

Gonzalez. vs. Rigondeaux catch-weight bout would be sick.

The ****ing guy isn't even fighting at 115 and everyone's in this thread saying he should fight at 122. You all have absolutely zero understanding of weight classes.

Roman is never going to fight at 122lbs and he's 29 years old, which is a few years past 25.
