Golovkin and Canelo are within 1 lb of each other in the ring, literally couldn't get them any closer in size

Can't fight each other because of weight. GGG fights Hopkins who is like twice his size and 50, Canelo fights Amir Khan who was a chinny beanpole at 140 and clearly seeking a payday.

Dumb as hell in every direction. Neither fight can have any meaningful outcome.

I'm pretty sure that this is just talk, to glorify Hopkins, and shame Stevenson. GGG's manager said that Hopkins would become an option only if neither of his mandos are available, which is unlikely. In reality, Stevenson is a one-dimensional fighter who would have trouble with Hopkins. If he wants to further his career, Hopkins is the last guy he should fight. Looking bad against or worse, losing to the old man would tank Stevenson's career. Beating BHop would only increase demand for Adonis to face Kovalev, which I believe he doesn't truly want to do, unless he can retire off a huge purse.

LOL. Hopkins is awesome. As a BHop fan I really don't want to see him get blasted out while in his 50's.. That would be really bad for the sport tbh. Wish he'd just fight a tomato can and call it a career.

But if Kovalev couldn't stop him maybe nobody can...

A catchweight fight with GGG would be bad for so many reasons, would definitely lose a ton of respect for GGG.

Meanwhile Hopkins is murdering Stevenson in the court of public opinion- this is the good part of all this.

I think Hopkins could still probably beat Stevenson. He just has to avoid the big straight right hand. Adonis knows...

So, Golovkin was willing to jump straight up to 168 to fight Froch, Chavez, Degale, Jack, Hopkins, and Chudinov..... and yet for Ward, Golovkin will require "multiple tuneups"?

            Really ?

Because..... a few days ago, you were bashing Ward for wanting 2 tuneups following 18 months of activity and a jump to LHW

Are you a silly pacstain ?
