There's 10 fighters in the world who are making more relevant noise in our sport atm....the k2 can smasher is the most hyped fighter in the sport right now so he's being overrated as far as tge p4p list goes...maybe and I mean MAYBE he can have the 10th spot on my list if he smashes his next can in one round...if this can goes past 3 rounds, he won't make it to my list

Apparently what you and many other people don't realize is Golovkin still has not had a chance to fight Ward. When Ward contacted Golovkin, after the Lemieux fight was announced, Ward's people were talking about agree to a fight a year down the road, late 2016. So even if Golovkin agreed to his weird and sketchy demands, the fight STILL would not have happened! We would still be waiting. You also have to consider at the time, he was anticipating a fight with Canelo by now, so it wouldn't make sense to move up to 168 pounds then immediately drop back down to 160 (or possibly below) for a Canelo fight. Makes no sense. But again regardless, Ward wasn't even trying to fight then and wanted a one year away contract (similar to what he now has with Kovalev, the deal Kovalev doesn't even believe will happen).
Further, a couple years back, before Golovkin was mandatory to the WBC belt and still far away from his goal of unifying, Golovkin asked Ward for a fight, at 168 pounds and guess what? Ward rejected it. That's the whole reason Golovkin gets angry about Ward because he turned Golovkin down then started talking trash about Golovkin after Ward was irrelevant for a couple years and Gennadys circumstances changed knowing damn well what had happened.

The boxing public isn't as dumb as Hopkins/Golden Boy would have you think
Hopkins is a living legend, but he's telling only part of the story, more often than not.
He's said that he's agreed to Golovkin's terms ... yet refuses to mention a single term that was agreed to (outside to pandering to both fighters coming up/coming down to 168, assumed).
How much of the pot is Hopkins/Golden Boy willing to give to the "100k PPV buys" guy? And, more importantly, what would Hopkins expect Stevenson to give up, to host a guy who basically got skunked, coming to his own home market?
not the 70/30 that he was looking for when the Stevenson fight was initially talked up.Comment

A fight with Hopkins is such a lose lose situation for any fighter, I would love to see my favourite fighter fight one more time! But it's going to be tough. Of course Stevenson won't fight anything with a heart beat, and it's going to be incredibly hard to get any of the super middleweight champions to fight Hopkins. This is really sad! War Alien!Comment

Hopkins would have a shot against Stevenson. Team Chickenson won't risk it. Pathetic.
