Right. Amazing how things get turned on their head when people just feel the need to complain when a certain somebody enters the picture. Hopkins wanted to fight Froch and Abraham at 168, and now even Stevenson won't fight him. Those guys don't even want to risk the idea of looking bad against Hopkins. And let's face it, Bernard has a good shot at beating all 3 of those opponents. Somehow it's a bad fight when it comes to GGG though.Comment

Hopkins just got old overnight doe. He just a senior citizen doe, even doe a 51 yr old Hopkins would be the best opponent on Ward's resume doe.Comment

Exactly. These complainers keep disrespecting Hopkins left and right when they try to downgrade his status when it comes to certain criteria.Comment

yeah its like these guys have amnesia they forget all the times bhop was counted out and he came out and surprised everybody and won while being the underdog.Comment

Maybe people should read the article, it clearly states that GGG would think of agreeing to a Hopkins fight if both Canelo and Saunders turned him down i.e. there was no possibility of a unification anytime soon.Comment

Bernard is coming off the worst performance of his career, at age 50, in which he was beat up pretty badly.
Can't say I'm interested in this one.Comment

Chickenson is a waste of time. But Fonfara is a damn good fight and a way better one than Hopkins. Do people even watch boxing? All Hopkins does is conserve energy, try to walk you into something then smother. Talking bout he always shocks the world. He ain't shocked the world since 2008 when he beat Kelly Pavlik.
B-Hop needs to retire. And I'm not even mentioning that MW that's thinking about draining down a 51 year old man for a payday. That would be the most pathetic move in boxing history and that's saying a lot about this corrupted circus of a sport. But I know K2 and his team are better than that.Comment
