Comments Thread For: Quigg: Frampton's Downfall is Believing I Only Fight One Way

SCOTT QUIGG is not ashamed to admit he is a mummy's boy.

In fact it is one of the many reasons why he thinks he will come out on top against Carl Frampton in their clash on Saturday night. WBA super-bantamweight champion Quigg goes up against IBF king Frampton in a long-awaited duel between two of the division's best.

But...you do only fight one way. All your fights have shown this.

Quigg's only chance in this fight is if he lands a bomb and Frampton goes over. Otherwise I can see Frampton up on his toes and boxing Scott's head off.

QUIGG HAS LOMO TYPE EXPLOSION IN HIS FEET...he puts his punches together very well, and he controls his opponents body very well in order to load up on his combos while still in position...frampton is excellent as well, but he's not defensively skilled enough to just think that this fight is all framptons.

somebody is getting stopped...i just dont know who

jamie arthur had quiggs legs turn to spaghetti, quigg needs to press and not stand off, he needs to learn how to slip a jab and throw a counter jab, basics yet he doesnt have them, or duck the right hand and throw a counter to the body, he better have a plan cause frampton might frustrate him. frampton is open upclose to overhand rights and pretty much everything, his legs are so wide he's not geting much bend in his knees to generate much power, all he's realy got is the jab tbh. I wouldnt fear his power but then again jamie arthur had quiggs legs go to rubber LOL and was he even a full time pro lol.

Quigg is going to break Frampton's body and then break his face.
