Tyson Fury should go for this ITV deal if this is true

I don't know much about all of this, as its only this thread that i've been informed by. Getting the HW champ on ITV will do wonders, especially one with a personality like this

You see it too now, eh? Glad you calmed down. You have a way of catching a hissy fit when things get too hot in the kitchen. Let me know when Haymon runs out of a money. Here's a hint: It'll happen right around the time he announces a TV licensing deal with a big network.

ITV talks taking place could result in 20 fights a year, Haymon interested claims report

Posted on February 21, 2016 by Oun Hussain

A report has emerged confirming that talks are taking place this week between ITV chiefs, which could see the channel show as many as 20 boxing fights a year. With the deal yet to come into fruition, it would see the channel as the most active terrestrial channel to show the sport. If the deal is agreed, a start date in June has been reported.

The only other terrestrial channel to show boxing has been Channel 5, with its association with Hennessey Sports boxing shows.

The report by the Daily Mail also confirmed that enigmatic advisor Al Haymon is also looking to secure some, if not all, of the ITV dates – in which boxing dates would be split between ITV1 and ITV4.

Haymon’s brand, Premier Boxing Champions, is well known in America for its boxing events on free-to-air channels including channels such as NBC, CBS and Spike TV to name a few. He is now looking to use the same model in the UK and is thought to be targeting ITV deal.

Haymon has signed fighters to his advisory deals from the UK including Amir Khan, IBF super-bantamweight champion Carl Frampton, IBF super-middleweight champion James DeGale as well as IBF featherweight champion Lee Selby.

ITV have been successful in regards to viewing figures for their last live boxing event. Carl Frampton’s IBF title defence against Chris Avalos was shown on ITV in February 2015, with the undercard shown on ITV4. The viewing figures peaked at 1.9 million, with an average of 1.1 million and this may have provided food for thought for the channel’s executives as well as Al Haymon.
Matchroom is on Sky Sports, with Frank Warren posting his own fighters on BoxNation; David Haye is an option, and so is Carl Frampton, but how deep is the rest of the UK talent pool beyond that? that's to be seen.

Yeah ITV is legit. haha. It's pretty much the most watched channel in the UK and traditionally pretty big on boxing - But not so much in the last decade or so.

I remember that thread, you really couldn't understand what he was saying, it was like you were having an argument with yourself. He actually never tried to guess how the money had been used only stated that a large portion of it was spent(which is true), and you kept saying that there was no way of knowing how it was spent when it was never something he disputed. You are a straight up ****** brah, that can sometimes frustrate others.

A residential real estate developer who makes 500m in nine months... lol; now everyone knows you're bull****ting.

Interesting that you didn't note any currency, because how many houses would someone actually have to put up in nine months to make $500m?
