GGG was willing to fight Sergio Martinez, a fighter similar in style, who'd more accomplished, hits harder, and has more tools in the bag but is afraid of the one dimensional Lara.

Lara went life and death with Carlos Molina, Vanes, and Angulo. Why would GGG even care about this guy, he's a none threat.

Well he beat Trout comprehensively. Most people thought he beat Paul Williams, people were pretty split on the Canelo result. He stopped Angulo. Well...that is already a lot. If you consider those 4 results, he has beaten two good fighters, and competed on even terms with two elite fighters. For me that is exactly where he is, between elite and good, so that makes him a very good champion who is capable of beating good champions but hasn't quite beaten an elite champion, or you could argue hasn't yet got the rub of the green against some of those elite guys.

Only an idiot would think Lara resume even compares to GGG. Like I said his best win is Angulo who was stopped by Kirkland who stopped by Ishida in the first fuqing round. And Ishida is the only former champion among the three and Ishida isn't even considered a top 5 win for GGG.

The MW door has been wide open for quite a while now. A Jacobs fight would have been and still would be really easy to make. Why isn't he pushing for a fight with Jacobs? Or any other MW for that matter? Truth is he's not a draw at all and he's making over $1 million a fight against guys like Rodriguez and Zaveck. How much will he want to fight GGG considering the fact he brings no fans? The least he could do is show up at a GGG press conference and call him out in person. Instead he tweets....
