    Terrible decision

Sturm was outlanded and outworked nearly every round. His 'flashier' shots were mainly blocked and had no discernable impact on Chud, and he's not supposed to get bonus points if the crowd cheers after he throws a punch. If someone thought this should've been anything other than a Chudinov win they give far too much credit to Sturm and his superficial 'effectivness'.

Way too much on the line so was not suprised he got the decision . Sturm either had to win or retire. At the least we will see a Arthur Abraham fight unless he gets poleaxed by Ramirez.

Chudinov is bland as a baked potato without toppings....he didn't do anything special or very convincing tonight-and this is against a way past prime Sturm who is out of his best weight division.

I thought it could have been 115-113 either way. sturm won the first 90 seconds of almost every round and I didn't feel chudinov stole enough rounds to win more than a possible 7 rounds.

115-113 for sturm didn't seem that outlandish to me.

Sturm spent most rounds following Chudinov around but not doing much, and was outlanded in nearly every round (if you put credit in CompuBox, he only outlanded Chud in the 12th and was outlanded by 100+ total)...he gets way too much credit from some people for his 'flashy' bursts.

I agree....Even a draw was possible. This wasn't a robbery people-it was a close and competitive fight-with an over the hill, out of his weight class Sturm. If Chudinov was that great, he would have dominated this version of Sturm.
