Nah...Wade made this fight. Because when he got the phone call, he said yes without hesitation. He didn't ask for $3million, injure his shoulder or say he didn't have enough time to prepare.
Al Haymon is the most powerful man in boxing. If Jacobs wants GGG he can have him. But he just isn't built like Dominic Wade when it comes to wanting to be the best.Comment

True, but if he refused the fight he would lose his ranking, get knocked back down the rankings. How is he ever going to get better pay days if he is going down the rankings and not up them?
He also must have seen something in Golovkin that he thinks he can exploit. He has confidence in himself. That's a good thing. So where is the confidence in Jacobs and Saunders?Comment

The WBA(once the WBC delays/settles the WBC title situation) will mandate GGG-Jacobs
For all of the talk now, let's see how Loeffler reacts then.
If Loeffler sticks to the "must be on HBO" nonsense, he'll show himself to be the problem.Comment

I remember Jacobs commentating and flat out said he wasn't ready for GGG. What can you say if a guy tells you that?I hope so. Regardless I take back everything negative I said about Wade. He stepping up to seize this opportunity that more seasoned and prepared veterans have backed out on.
I hope other fighters follow his lead and quit being bitc*es. ****ing Jacobs talking about "I don't care if I'm a secondary beta champion as long as they call me champion." ****ing boxing man.
Wade taking tougher fights than Jacobs, Quillin and Saunders.Comment
