Khan's style gives Mayweather even more problems then Maidana did, that's the whole point. Maidana's simplistic style created a lot of problems for Floyd as it is. He wouldn't have been able to deal with Khan's style if he had that much trouble with Maidana.
Except that Maidana arguably deserved a draw in terms of rounds won if you scored round 10 a 10-8 for Maidana since he beat Khan pillar to post. The knockdown and the point deduction was the only difference in the fight if you gave Maidana the 10-8. 2 of the 3 judges had Khan winning by 1 round in the UK (Khan's home turf) and that was the crap version of Maidana. Maidana arguably could have gotten a draw with Mayweather in the 1st fight (I gave Maidana rounds 1,3,4,5,8 and 12. Also, Maidana isn't a "come forward plodder". If you think that then you need to study his style a little better. If Maidana stayed active I'd give him a 70% chance to knock Khan's head clean off his shoulders. He got troubled against Algieri which is Maidana Lite without power.

You think you know Maidana but you don't. He's not a simple plodder like he was when he almost killed Khan.

(of course this isnt the only reason)

Thought I ask the question, no hate or anything so you sensitive "you know who you are" posters relax no one trying to hold you down in life with this thread.

vote in the poll and discuss below.
After the 5th round Floyd handled Maidana with ease, so considering it was only competitive for the first 6 rounds I wouldn't call it Floyd's toughest fight.

Floyd lost that fight, draw worst case scenario. Another example of how Floyd got carried by biased judges throughout his career.

Except that Maidana won rounds 8 and 12 and arguably 10. So no, it wasn't "he won first 6 rounds doe!" like people who didn't score the fight and thought Floyd won made you believe.

Man those videos shows who won that night. Maidana was the technical man with bad intentions. He played Floyd like a fiddle. Nice vids.

                  Maidana was the true winner.
