he's not opposed to it in peace though. he's actively doing things to keep gay people down. don't pretend he's the victim. the real victims are gay people who don't have equal rights. just like during the civil rights era the white people weren't the victims because they lost their ability to deny services to black people.
i don't know phillipines politics but in the usa yes gay people can still lose their jobs/not be hired along with a bunch of other discriminatory practices simply for being gay. manny is a politician who makes laws like this so yes it actually does effect them in a big way. its not really opinion when it gets turned into something real that hurts people.Comment

We are basically at the point where we have people who in reality think ****sexuality is disgusting but are going to pretend it's ok to please others. Then they go and **** on anyone who says what they themselves truly believe, in public and it's over! Fake ass outrage from so many people. Others are truly upset but still, it's a free world. A man was asked a question and he answered it. End of story.Comment

If Nike kept Pacquaio after he compared ****sexuals to gays, people will get the impression that Nike supports those views. Nike decided that that is not in their best interest, so they fired him. They should have the right to make that decision.
Pacquiao still has a right to feel, think and say whatever he pleases but he doesn't have the right to be sponsored by Nike.
