    Doping in boxing. Question.

In a regular bout which is not for a title fight, who controls if a boxer is consuming forbidden substances?

I mean is an angreement in the contract the only way to control doping?

    Thanks in advance.

The local commission unless the fighters agreed to use a private agency

the governing comission is the last say in everything.

just cause USADA or VADA approves something doesnt mean its approved for the actual fight. Doesnt matter if its a title fight or what not.
