just watched joshua v whyte round two again,
joshua got wobbled really badly with the left hook,
i got a feeling martin is going to hurt and stop AJ with the left hook or the straight left,
also joshua was gassing hard in the wyhte fight too...

That left hook was **** on the button.....from a puncher as well....the fact that he recovered within 5 seconds shows he can take a dig...many fighters would have got dropped by that shot and in the 7th round when he battered Whyte and knocked up him into tomorrow he showed good speed and stamina ....we can have a bet if you want on the outcome ? Lol

Joshua is 1 inch taller than Martin, do you really think that makes a difference? and I'm sorry but imho Joshua's boxing ability is quite mediocre, all he has is size and muscle, it has been enough against the opposition he's faced up until now but he'll get found out soon, mark my words.

Joshua's ability is mediocre?

You make that decision based on a slug feast he had with a guy he hates.

He had gone 14 fights without anyone tagging him and got to semis and better at world and Olympic level.

Martin is a guy who found a dollar in the street and bought a winning lottery ticket with it. Either his management team feels Joshua is a hype job(I doubt it), or they are redeeming the 7 figure ticket....

You seem to have a hatred for Joshua. How can you say these things about him when Martin has proved far less and Joshua skills are far better than Martins?
And FYI I'm not a fanboy. I just love boxing and will support any fighter regardless of race or demographics. As of right now neither if the two have really proven themselves but Joshua has fought the better comp and his skill set looks far better then Martins.

Can anybody shed some more light on Charles Martin for me? I've seen him in action against Dallas and Glazkov but both didn't go many rounds.

Has he had any resistance? I like his relaxed style, doesn't seem to rush his work but knows he carries that power.

The big question for me really is defensively, will he be able to stand up to Joshua?
