So where is this discrimination coming from?

Black people went through REAL discrimination.
There's a number of things that are a little awry with your comment there big guy.

Referring to the discrimination that Black people face in the past tense insinuates that they no longer face discrimination and there's an assumption there that if it isn't inscribed in a prohibitory legal statute then there is no discrimination to speak of. That's clearly not the case.

And the REAL discrimination that you allude to sets the bar so rediculously high that if a group hasn't been forcibly enslaved, 'freed' into salvery by another name under a Jim Crow like system, and then forceably separated, well then they haven't been discriminated against. Not really. Unless they were unfortunate enough to be ***ish during the rise of German national socialism. But other than that? Nah.

No that's not what I stated.

Back in those days, you couldn't do a DAMN THING cuz you were discriminated against because you were black.

This goes back to my main point I've stated before:

Tell me what a straight man can do that a gay man can't.

With relation to the law in the United States?

Be gainfully employed without the fear of being dismissed because of their sexuality.

That's what is confusing to me. How, from a legal standpoint, can you terminate an employee for their religious views, which are explicitly protected against discrimination, but not their sexual preference?

While I disagree with Pac, I hate when these groups try and destroy a mans reputation based on his beliefs. He committed no crime. It's just his views as a person.

If anything it speaks to how naïve and ignorant Pac is as a human being. The man has "sinned" so much in his life that he really shouldn't even have a stance on ANYTHING concerning the bible.

I wasn't aware that a person could be fired for their religious views?

In the majority of states it's legal to discriminate against someone because of their sexual orientation in both employment and housing. It may also be the case that you can refuse service but I'll have to double check that one.
