Manny Pacquiao has blocked out his recent controversy and continued to train hard for his upcoming return on April 9th against Timothy Bradley at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Fk Nike, Manny should step in dog**** and wipe it all over his shoes whenever the camera's turn up.
One thing you have to give Manny credit for is his ability to remain focused while the world falls down around him.
I will never understand how he did that.
Clowns cry about Ward fighting in Oakland...... like, if he had to fight away from home his whole world will crumble and nothing will make sense..... fkn ridiculous really.
Whereas Pac's training camps are an absolute circus sometimes. Manny could be anywhere in the world, playing basketball, preaching, talk shows, interviews, and a whole stream of things that would be unacceptable to other camps...... and yet Manny handles it every time, no problem.
This won't affect Manny, he has likely moved on already.
Nike is the face of sports in America. Ain't happening. 4/5 Americans have no idea who paquaio is and if they do, they know him as that "Chinese guy" who was supposed to beat up that loud mouth ni uh guy Floyd...
Well I assume he can still choose to wear the clothes, they just won't be selling Pacquaio-Nike products or doing commercials with him or whatever the deal was.
Just like the LGBT community, Manny is entitled to his own opinion as well. Nothing Manny said makes him a bigot. This country and constitution was started based on the Bible and is now a shadow of what it was intended to be.
surely, there were lots of american that were aware ***** met pac in the WH and that pac was a visitor of us congress....
Obviously, you don't know much about this country and surely are not from here. While ***** is universally known, he's far from the face of the country.
His whole tenure as President was most likely arranged to lighten racial tensions here but it really hasn't done any good.
Manny may not be the brightest guy, and he can get fairly immature when things don't go his way, but his ability to block out all distractions and give total dedication to his craft is a gift that is unrivaled in sports. Mentally he's one of the strongest athletes in the world.
"Nike strongly opposes discrimination of any kind and has a long history of supporting and standing up for the rights of the LGBT community... we no longer have a relationship with Manny Pacquiao."
Claims to oppose discrimination of ANY KIND, then proceeds to discriminate against Pacquiao and punish him for his right to free speech. Got to love America.
