NO. This isn't new. Pacquiao has always felt that way. I remember the last time he said ****sexual men should be put to death they blamed it on a bad translation. He gave this interview in his native language so they can't say that this time. Pac has always been used to play the good guy against Mayweather's bad guy. Now that May beat him and he's retired people are just starting to notice Pac for what he is.
