Yep, science proved we evolved from apes. I can't prove God doesn't exist, that's why I'm agnostic. But I can read the bible and the other religions book, and they are laughable

We don't have to respect ****. Science has proven to be a lot more reliable than any religious bulls*it ever has.

The institutions of organized religions were the only bastions of knowledge (including science) for most of the last 1,000 years. Why does this have to be some science vs. religion competition. They can co-exist rather easily if you're not so arrogant and stuck up in your thinking. Human beings are animals, and religion has helped instill social values that have helped humans exist in groups for a long time; religion is evolutionary adaptive in that way. I get the feeling that folks like you simply like to feel superior, and you'll pursue that feeling where ever it is available (and as much as atheists do this, religious people are just as bad).

I'll put it this way.... I know plenty of gay people... I even have family members that are openly gay.

Yet... it was a gay person who said this:

"Everyone's gay... they just don't know it yet"

and they have stated that they have communicated with other gays.... and ALOT of them think this way.... Did I say majority? No... but alot & that's a fucked up way of thinking.

That's why in some schools they are teaching KIDS about the gay flag and that its ok to be gay.
