Khan dominated a young prime champion who's only loss was to Pacquiao when he had a noob trainer with a bad game plan, now lets examine some things, Manny is fighting Bradley AGAIN and Mayweather fought Berto...Algeri is a better fighter then both. Berto is shot and would get schooled by Algeri and Bradley is so overrated and ducked Khan like the plague. Algeri in all reality is one of the best boxers in the game right now. He can beat just about anyone not named Khan from 140-147. I would take the new Algeri over Pacquiao, he is more aggressive and sturdy and has grown a nice little beard.

Everybody said Algieri gave Khan a rough fight because it's the truth. Now you are trying to turn Algieri into a great fighter to build up Khan. Algieri is a mediocre fighter who really lost the fight that won him a title. Algieri will never be a champion again. Pacquiao showed what a joke Algieri is by slaughtering him with 6 knock downs and a score of 120 to 102. Khan struggled with the same Algieri Pacquiao massacred because Khan is so inferior to Pacquiao and it's just that simple. Algieri loses to Berto and loses every round to Bradley. Bradley won every round in his fight with Peterson and knocked Peterson down. The same Peterson who beat Khan. No matter how many times Khan looks bad or fails or gets KOed you Khan Fanatics keeps saying he is the best fighter in the world. After Canelo squashes him like a bug in a round or two you will continue to insist Khan is the greatest and will beat Canelo in a rematch.Comment

The only way Algieri could beat Pacquaio is if they let him use a gun in the ring. Algieri was last seen struggling to beat a completely unknown bum. Algieri is a very average fighter just like your boy Khan. Neither of them will ever be a champion again.Comment

Khan ran like the "Bolt" against a game Algieri who came to fight.
Khan is well schooled and has talent but he always looks uncoordinated under pressure. I agree that he would cause problems against Mayweather. Not enough to win but his length and reach would force Floyd to attack more often and Floyd in his later years didn't want that type of fight.
I believe Khan feels Canelo will be uncomfortable on the attack also and Khan will benefit from that.
This will be a welter vs a middleweight and this welter isn't Sugar Ray Robinson.
If Canelo is aggressive at the opening bell I think the fight will end quickly, if he isn't this could be a bore!
