He should've done this instead of accepting step aside money

Not Golovkin's style to call out a fighter but I think Sanchez would in a heartbeat. I could see him make a statement like "Canelo will be the first Mexican Champion in history to be a coward and not defend his title." It would probably embarrass him into fighting.

Nobody is afraid of never fight Ward. Ward never made a written offer to fight GGG like real fighters do. Ward called GGG out in the media for publicity when GGG already was in training for a contracted fight with Lemieux as Ward knew. GGG never refused to fight Ward because never offered him a fight. What top fighter did Ward fight instead of GGG. Ward fought that famous top contender, NOBODY. GGG fights rated fighters 4 times a year while Ward runs his mouth a lot and fights a bum once every two years.

GGG has too much class to talk trash. That is not his way. He doesn't have to say anything to or about Canelo. Canelo must fight him at 160 next or the WBC belt goes to GGG.

While I do think it's bs to hold the belt and not defend at that weight, Canelo has no reason to go up a weight class to fight a guy looking for a payday. Let go of the belt and tell gg if he wants to fight someone relevant he's going to have to come down in weight, just like he said Ward would have to.
Ang Gggs promoter said they'd be happy to discuss a CW in that case, if Canelo vacates. As he should cause he's making a mockery of the sport

That's a mistake, for the simple fact that doing so would actually put him on record in calling out a guy, leaving things for Lara ("hey, you can call Al Haymon to lock up a deal to take on Wade, yet refuse to acknowledge that I exist") or Andrade ("you claim that everyone is so terrified of you, yet you currently have about a handful of rugged fighters on your neck. can't duck all of us forever").

Alvarez hands over the WBC 160 belt ("since Golovkin is unwilling to accept our fight at 155, I will move on from this fight and consider fighting at 160 when I'm physically ready to go to 160, fulltime"), and Golovkin/K2 has to face down Daniel Jacobs, after finally growing the nuts to talk some ****.

He should jump in the ring like Stevenson did to Kovalev and Fury did to Wilder. Wilder isn't on Showtime and he did it. Stevenson isn't on HBO and he did it. GGG and Canelo are both on HBO. Even Lara showed up at Canelo's press conference and challenged him to a fight. GGG keeps saying he wants the fight but he's not pushing it in the media. He keeps taking a backseat.
