Why didn't Arum, Roach, or Pac agree on the Khan bout?

Khan's father Shah has revealed his son has agreed terms for a showdown and confirmation has been sent to Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum

Khan probably wanted much more money than he was worth. Team Khan is famous for pricing themselves out of fights. Also they thought Khan would make it a poor fight. Khan runs a lot. He holds a lot and he pushes a lot when a good fighter put pressure on him with a hard attack. Pacquiao attacks hard so Khan would constantly be running, holding and pushing because that's what Khan does. Pacquiao would have KOed Khan anyway. Now Canelo will be the one to put Khan on the canvas so hard he bounces.

Walters is a fighter to be afraid of. Khan is just not very scary.

I think they thought Khan had the style to beat Pacquiao. The speed and combinations would have gave Pacquiao alot issues. With Khan not being under contract I dont think he wanted to take that risk. Not to mention Khan is represented by Al Haymon.

Is khan still under haymond? if so, thats your reason.

If not, hes still not under contract. Arum said openly bradley-pac will make him the most money. His motive isnt some big secret.

Wouldn't Pac say that Amir wanted more money? Most articles were public that Khan agreed to Arum's terms, so why did they back out? It doesn't sound like Pac had interest in Khan. Listen to Pac's energy or interest on the subject. Sounds like a lot of rambling to me. He could've just said that Bradley was the better challenge style wise.

Imo, this is the primary reason Khan didn't get that fight.

Pac would have KO'd him, even now when he's in serious decline.

                  at a 147 bout?

Pac KO'd Rios and Algieri rather easily in these late years ala KO, those seasoned 140s innit.

I think it was Arum's call. Fighting Amir Khan could possibly hurt his chances in the Haymon lawsuit. It could do the same thing to Golden Boy, but Oscar probably doesn't care as much.
