Vargas lost to 3 very good fighters so its not that bad. Also he was competitive in all 3 fights. He did beat Quartey and Winky too, but he was not ready for Tito.

Vargas is a warrior, but he was never the same after Tito. Experts say that Vargas suffered too much damage in the Tito fight. He has never been the same. You can even see how his speech drastically diminished after the Tito fight.
