Amir Khan is going to beat the much larger Alvarez with his speed and experience, we all pretty much see that coming. Then you are going to have Amir Khan at the top of the middleweight division. Floyd knows that fighting Khan at this point would give him a lineal championship in a division he has yet to conquer. The only problem is he knows he will lose his 0. 49-1 what?
I've bookmarked this page so I can come back in May and taunt you.

Floyd was done by then. Berto was just a way to honor his deal with Showtime. The fight (Khan) should've happened in 2014. Khan got dropped by Diaz and struggled to win. Maidana was coming off 3 KOs, and he beat Broner for the WW crown. Floyd chose Maidana, and the rest is history! Not to mention Khan's performance with Algieri! Canelo is calling Khan for a reason!

Some people really need to reassess their definition of "duck" in boxing. For me, it's when a fighter turns down or avoids an opponent that makes sense and is demanded on every front. Both a sporting and monetary sense (mainly sporting which is naive, I know). Basically there is no other choice or better opponent in your division. Khan just wasn't those things. When Maidman a was chosen, he'd just beat Broner and was on a good streak of wins. Khan won one of several polls and lost the rest. The Maidana fight had a backstory and was sellable on on all fronts, plus he had a title to offer. Khan was on a bad performance streak, had nothing on which to sell the fight and turned down a title (against Alexander) fight in case he lost. That is not a duck.

As for Berto. I'm not even gonna justify him being a better choice. To me, choosing Berto was like choosing to eat a clementine instead of a satsuma. Both basically the same but a little bit different. Neither deserved it, neither had been on any kind of impressive streak at welter and neither had a title. If Mayweather had chosen Khan, he wouldn't have ducked Berto and visa versa.

Khan is delusional and people are spouting this duck nonsense out of pure speculation on what problems he could've posed. Based on the last four years, I just don't see it. It's agenda driven and lacks common sense.

So there we have it. Just like I told you guys previously.

Khan offered to fight Floyd for free but Floyd ran from the fight for years. There's no comeback from this one guys, just accept that Floyd "Money" Mayweather was so scared, that he wouldn't even make the most money possible against someone who required NO PURSE!

            King Khan got the..

I don't believe that there is anyone in the world that is or ever was scared of Floyd Mayweather. He just isn't scary in any way shape or form and that is why he has been able to secure so many fights. Now there are boxers out there that can't get fights because so many people are scared of them. But never the case with Floyd, just the other way around, him being scared of numerous people.I'm just saying.Floyd was active in a great time in boxing when there was a lot of the less natural talent in his particular weight class, but a great fighter, never.

I hope Canelo sends him out on a stretcher.
