Chris Eubank Jr vs Danny Jacobs For WBA Title On Joshua vs Martin Undercard?

At this stage just speculation but it's been rumoured by a few people, including Spencer Fearon, that Eubank Jr might potentially face Danny Jacobs for the WBA 160 title on the undercard of Anthony Joshua vs Charles Martin...

If the fight happens, who wins?

That's true.. But they could postpone that Blackwell fight because of this recent development.

Would probably cost them a lot money wise to do that.

I doubt that fight happens yet, his dad was on record that they want to go through the british title route first. No need to rush things with him.

Might not cost them much because the fight was only finalised less than a week ago so probably not many tickets have sold yet.

But you could be right about him not being ready for Jacobs right now.

I'd take Jr, but he's not taking a world title fight before winning the British title.

The whole reason for his fallout with Hearn was because he wanted the British title before he went to world level and it was too late. He fights in 6 weeks on channel 5.

I think Eubank will face Blackwell first but if he does fight Jacobs and tightens up his defense a bit, he takes Jacobs out in 8 or 9 rounds.

It won't happen for sure... I don't think Hearn would even want to bother with the fight for a start.

But if for some odd reason it did I'd have Eubank

If Eubank didnt already have a fight lined up, and if Haymon let Jacobs travel to UK for the fight, then this would be a main event fight.

CEjr gets a lot of press, even if he isnt popular. His fights will draw viewers. Him fighting for a world title is not an undercard fight
