Suddenly he's gone silent.
This statement contains multiple inaccuracies. Mr. Mayweather was
notified by the Doping Control Officer (DCO) at his home around 1:45
pm, prior to Mr. Mayweather relocating to MGM Grand Garden Arena
for the weigh-in. From the time of notification, Mr. Mayweather was
continuously monitored by the USADA DCO until the sample collection
was completed at approximately 8:15 pm.
Also USADA does not conduct "random" testing. Rather, in
accordance with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) International
Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), testing is carried out
pursuant to a strategic testing plan to maximize deterrence and
detection.
USADA does not conduct random testing, what say you about this?

gotta love rath . . . king of moving the goal posts.
when floyd & manny both come out of retirement in 2017 and floyd beats manny again (with no top rank involvement), how is rath going to handle it?

WADA allows retroactive exemptions for IV use.

You will notice that we going on a year removed and NSAC still has not added IV re-hydration to the approved list. Why? Well because it is still a major issue in more sports than boxing. UFC has come down hard on IV re-hydration. If the NSAC added it to the allowed list then they would be undercutting the UFC. So we are stuck in this contradictory universe where the NSAC "says" that Mayweather didn't break the rules but still haven't clarified that in the rules because the UFC doesn't want it legal.Last edited by GTTofAK; 02-18-2016, 11:24 AM.

After Hauser responded USADA decided it was best not to get into an argument that they wouldn't win. They know what they did. They know that they took money from boxing promoters to look to other way. They know that they have internal leaks. If they kept fighting Hauser more leaks would come out and eventually they would wind up thrown out of WADA or worse yet some of their executives in jail.
What actually happened is very simple IMHO. USADA goes to Froids house for a random test. Froid had been tipped off ahead of time by higher ups in USADA but for some reason this time the collector catches Froid with IV marks. The collector is just an employee. He doesn't get big fat bonus checks from all the TMT money like USADA executives get. He informs USADA about what he found. USADA does nothing because their executives are on the take. Rumors circulate between USADA employees and the executives begin to fear another leak like happened with their coverup of Morales' failed tests. So almost three weeks after they have Froid apply for a retroactive TUE. They make up a story about Froid being dehydrated and I can assure you that the actual collector that saw the IV marks now has a big fat check along with an NDA.Last edited by GTTofAK; 02-18-2016, 07:13 PM.
