I dont buy what roach is trying to tell us. Not long ago he said he would like to see cotto back at 147. And he looked verry small compared to Alvarez so he should be able to make 147.

I hope this fight doesnt happen. Marquez should just retire, he has nothing left to prove. Cotto should fight a top 10 contender at 154 and give a up and coming fighter a shot at the spotlight.

Cotto almost never has won any big fights ever. Beat a one legged limping old man in Sergio. Lost to Floyd and Manny and Canelo and trout. Average fighter is Cotto.

My guess is Roach told Cotto to insist on VADA testing...so then Marquez's camp came back and said that 147 + rehydration crap to kill the fight. MARK MY WORDS, Marquez will fight someone he doesn't have to drug test against aka an Alvarado-type. My guess is that Marquez has given up on that 5th division title and will just take one more money fight where he can roid up in. I could see Mosley or maybe even Rios or since Alvarado is coming back that rematch etc.
