    What is worse

Allowing an opponent to drain himself all the way down to 168lbs without offering him any sort of catchweight or having a fighter at 154lbs coming up to 160lbs but having that 160lbs fighter offer a catchweight which that said fighter rejected?

    Simple question.

Going down in weight can possibly really hurt you , going up in weight rarely does , no blanket can be thrown over the lot because up or down effects everybody different .
