Even at just 22 years of age, Andres Gutierrez is old and wise enough to not look past the task at hand even while mapping out his potential future. The opportunities that lie ahead drive him to succeed in the present, which in part explains the unbeaten record he carries into Saturday’s 12-round bout with Argentina’s Manuel Dionisio Echenique in his birthtown of Queretaro, Mexico.

It would be a Humongous step up in class for Gutierrez but I like his attitude.

This kid has huge cojones for a 22 year old.

Santa Cruz destroys him right now, Gutierrez should fight somebody like Mares or Cuellar first.

Technically he's better than Ceja, just not the,1 pinch ko...IMO he couldv'e been moved vs better opposition & wouldn't b such a giant step vs Leo, but I give him 50-60 chance...

I completely agree with what u said. Promociones deal Pueblo are rather awful at making proper fights and having their fighters step up gradually.
