    just wondering if had the mindset to even box southpaws.

      he fought karl mildenberger in 1967 he was a southpaw it went the full 15 rounds , mildenberger won 3 and 5 rounds on the judges scorecard .it was alis toughest fight pre exile .

                IMO Mildenberger was the best fight Ali had against a southpaw. Karl even doubled him over with a left to the body in the mid rounds, but yeah, Ali could fight them too.

                  you got your information wrong, buddy. ali fought him in 1966 and tko'd him in the 12th round. and mildenburger did not give him that much trouble. ali dropped him three times, and had mildenburger bleeding by the 5th or 6th round.
