It seems the WBC is nothing more than a cartel nowadays run by Mexicans for Mexicans. They enforce their rules very strictly when it comes to Non-Mexicans, but allow boxers of Mexican origin to circumvent the rules when it comes to weight, mandatory fights and appoint partisan referees. I believe the problem is the Mexican culture itself which is not very conducive to integrity.
