Golovkin sold out Madison square Garden in New York City despite being from Kazakstan...a country thousands of miles away that does not have more than a few immigrants in the United States.

    There is no comparison yet.

His name isn't Lil G Bori Ahole Bori Moron. Bori pos. What the *** difference does it make who is the bigger star? GGG is the best middleweight in the world and has been middleweight champ for years. Verdejo is a promising prospect who has never defeated a top 50 boxer. Anybody with a brain, even your pea sized brain knows GGG is the bigger star now. You just want to trash GGG and sing the praises of Verdejo. Hey, don't hate GGG so much. It's not his fault Lil Cotto was frightened to death of him.

Yes it's true he's a bigger star now. But thats cause he's way older than him almost by 10 years. Verdejo is already doing good numbers as a co main on hbo. Give it time and verdejo is versatile enough to sell out anyone and anywhere

No, Verdejo is not at the moment a bigger star and it's not close (yet). Kid is young though with a lot of potential.

It won't take very long for a kid like him. He's got more potential than Cotto.

You may laugh now but I guarantee you he will be a bright star in the near future. Top Rank is doing good by keeping him active. If he keeps it up he'll soon be known as yet another "Mexican Assassin" or "Mexicutioner". They can't seem to stop him.

Verdejo has the tools to be a star, you would imagine.
Right now though, it's Golovkin by some distance.

Well, they both have the same level resume...

But Triple G has been on PPV once. It totally bombed, but it was still a PPV.

Cotto had to earn everything he has. Meanwhile hbo and arum are giving verdejo everything on a silver platter
