I think we have to see what numbers felix does after this fight on hbo coming up. I know that gg has better numbers now. But vedejo is more adaptive. Like he's going to be able to sell out everywhere PR, NY Cali, Florida etc

Verdejo is a bum, and I am Puerto Rican. I have seen him fight LIVE. I am telling you, he will get exposed as soon as he faces a C- level type fighter. Kid has no heart either, no personality, no character. He will meet his Margarito soon.

                • Gregorz Proksa (Sept. 1, 2012): 685,000

                • Gabriel Rosado (Jan. 19, 2013): 813,000

                • Matthew Macklin (June 29, 2013): 1.1 million

                • Curtis Stevens (Nov. 2, 2013): 1.41 million

                • Daniel Geale (July 26, 2014): 984,000

                • Marco Antonio Rubio (Oct. 18, 2014): 1.3 million

                • Martin Murray (Feb. 21, 2015): 862,000

                • Willie Monroe Jr (May 16, 2015): 1.4 million

                • David Lemieux (Oct. 17, 2015): 150k PPV Buys

Now all these numbers are pretty acceptable giving GGG is the highly favorite in each bout.

now vs Verdejo HBO debut (ibelieve) against Ivan Najera

                did 611,000 viewers

NO VERDEJO IS NOT A BIGGER STAR CURRENTLY, will he be a bigger star down the road that will only be determined by if he can stay winning and in the manner he wins.

                source:

The Gennady Golovkin-David Lemieux middleweight title unification fight on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York generated "just over" 150,000 pay-per-view buys.

Middleweight titlist Gennady Golovkin's wipeout of former titlist Daniel Geale on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York lasted less than three full rounds, which was probably one of the factors that hurt Golovkin's viewership figures for the first bout of his new deal with HBO.
