saying he paid them off to hide it is not a fact. that's just your speculation. we don't know why they did what they did so its pointeless to speculate. what we do know is that floyd did sometihng illegal and we do know that usada gave him an illegal exemption 21 days after. those are the facts. why they did this is up in the air but its actually irrelevant to whether or not he actually cheated. that has already been settled. he did.
Whoa. You used a lot of illegals there, buddy. Last I heard, everyone said he did nothing wrong. How is that possible?

Let's see....he did illegal this, illegal that, and illegal this...but USADA said it wasn't illegal, NSAC said it wasn't illegal...yet we know he cheated????

    Still doesn't add up.

He was advised that VADA testing was too difficult to beat and USADA took payoffs from Floyd to conceal results, bend rules, and worked on Floyd's schedule to allow him to "wait out" tests so that he would pass.

Floyd is probably the biggest cheat of this entire boxing era.
See, this is what I mean. USADA took payoffs?

Yet they reveal that Floyd took the IV and granted the TUE. Why wouldn't they just pretend it never happened? If I'm paying someone off, I wouldn't expect them to reveal anything that would raise su****ion. If so, what the hell am I paying for?

It makes no sense at all.

then why would NSAC say it was unacceptable?

        what was unacceptable

is it unacceptable to do nothing wrong for NSAC?

You'd have to ask NSAC. They said it was unacceptable, which would lead one to believe they were not part of this pay off conspiracy theory that has been dished out, they talked to USADA and got more information, and then they cleared Mayweather.

Maybe that's all there is to it...or they were paid off at a later date?

you mean to say USADA presented an incomplete document to NSAC and when NSAC said this is unacceptable USADA wasited a week to explain the remaining details?

they investigated Pac for not disclosing his arm injury, but Floyd being dehydrated and also with an injured arm did not also inform NSAC but Floyd did nothing wrong?

what do you make of that?

What? I didn't say anything about an incomplete document. Don't know where you got that from.

Last I checked, Floyd didn't use dehydration or an injured arm as an excuse for his performance. He was dehydrated, he got treated, and he was ready to roll.

Pac claims he had a shoulder injury, but also that he was ready to roll. Then he gets beat, and his excuse pops up. Really, seems like he just wanted to be shot up with Toradol. What do you think of that?

??? Pacquiao looked ripped since he was 15 years old. He's ripped naturally.

Pacquiao also has very thick forearms and wrist, which explains his power.

In the first picture you posted he could be on time between fights which if you don't train you lose some muscle and gain some fat. Compare all the weigh in photos of Pacquiao, when he's trained. They are all pretty much the same.

He had surgery right after the fight. I think even Floyd admitted publicly he knew about Pacquiao's injury. You have to be ****** to believe he was lying. The biggest bout of the history could not be postponed because of that. He had to fight. He still did pretty well, a lot of fans and experts believe he won. Up to you to believe it was the case or not.

Can you pass along the video of Mayweather admitting he knew about Pacquaio's injury?

                      By the way, Pacquaio:

Never complained about the injury in the corner.

Never had a shoulder rub in the corner.

                      Never grimaced in pain.

Never stopped using the right hand.

                      Raised his arm in "victory."

                      Didn't go to rehab.

Was cured by saltwater and a steady regimen of basketball.

                      Yea... ok.

And I would like to know how many "experts" believed he won. Do you mean Skip Bayless?
