    Hayes next possible opponents.....brace yourselves

Apparently he put Shannon Briggs on his twitter page and deleted it soon after and Malik Scott been talking about big things coming soon.

Malik might be fighting Hughie Fury however as Hughie is apparently fighting a top 10 opponent as Peter Fury suggested.

If Haye fights Shannon Briggs.......absolute joke, i can deal with Malik Scott fight but fighting an OAP boxer no way.

Haye fighting Briggs would absolutely be in keeping with the way Haye's career has been heading the last few years. And if he can get a sell out crowd fighting Mark DA MAORI then it only makes sense that he'd want to fight a guy like Briggs (big scary looking mofo, great trashtalker, tons of knockouts to hype him up). If I was Haye I'd go for that.

Briggs is good at selling fights and that's what Haye is after but it's a garbage opponent. What he wants to do is fight Arreola on the Khan vs Canelo card. But on the flipside, you could argue that Wladimir came very close to fighting Briggs last year.

And to Briggs credit he masterminded the most epic call out of all time when he chased Wladimir in a speedboat. Can't see that one being topped any time soon, unless he maybe parachuted into the ring "Fan Man" style during or immediately after the Fury vs Wlad rematch.

It's only Hayes second fight back and Shannon Brigg talks a lot and has brought himself some attention so how is this a disgrace?
Eitherway Haye beats both Briggs and Scott easily.

Well, Briggs is a step up from De Mori and it would sell tickets...

It does not do Haye's reputation much good, but as long as he gets a decent, competitive opponent before the end of 2016 I am not bothered.

There are some great fights out there for Haye, but he needs some tune-ups first.

******ed casuals from the UK would still pay top ££ for Haye-Briggs, it's so annoying.

Briggs is your typical Gayemaker opponent. Shot to bits.

To be honest, i don't think that's too bad an idea.
                *Runs and ducks for cover*

After the amount of time he was out, and the surgery, he needs a few more tune ups. Briggs is a step up from De Mori, and he has the trash talk that will put focus on Haye's comeback..which he wants.

It's a weak fight, but IMO, Haye needs a few more weak fights before stepping up.
Fight Briggs, stick it on free tv again, then step it up against someone like Scott. And see where he is then, in terms of being ready for better opposition he chasing, after rounds under his belt.

Sorry but who the hell has briggs beat since he got his ass handed to him by Vitali? He needs rounds and im sorry but Briggs will be kod in 1 by haye so we will be stuck in the same scenario after the demori fight.
